a supervised workouts with education in physiology, anatomy, injury prevention, nutrition, psychology,

Personal Fitness Philosophy:
Physical fitness plays a major role in one's health and overall quality of life. Exercise that is fun, safe, and effective is critical for physical fitness to be achieved and maintained. I am passionate about helping others to achieve the highest level of fitness possible for their body and lifestyle because I believe we are all connected spiritually and as each individual experiences greater overall health and happiness the world becomes a better place to live for us all.

It is safe to say that everyone enjoys the benefits of being healthy and strong. Unfortunately there is no quick solution since there is no such thing as a "magic pill". Until then it is my responsibility to not only help you set realistic goals that you can achieve, but also provide you with the tools so that you can reach those goals and will not give up should something temporarily come between you and your efforts to improve your health, fitness and appearance.
